In addition to our HD (Host Doctors), our support team is also here to assist you:

Our health care professionals at our Contact Center will answer any question you may have about your bariatric procedure before you are assigned your Host Doctor. They will also advise you on the surgery option that best suits your own individual health and weight loss needs.

GLD (General Logistics Department): This is the team that will take care of your transportation, appointment, accommodation and reservation requirements, to make sure your stay is satisfactory, 24 hours a day.

PSS (Patient Support Specialist): A fully bilingual health care professional who will be taking care of you, 24 hours a day, throughout your stay in Colombia. He or she will respond to any personal requirement you may have, and is trained to assist you in case of emergency.
