Host Doctors (HD)

Our doctors are among the best bariatric surgeons in the Americas. Their experience exceeds ten years in bariatric procedures and accounts for more than 5,000 bariatric successful surgeries in patients from all over the world. At our Bariatric Surgery Center, our Host Doctors can give you One to One treatment and always have your health as first priority.

Contact and information channels

Website At our website you find complete information on the service at our Bariatric Surgery Center and the different bariatric procedures we offer in different bariatric surgery hospitals for obesity treatment.

Contact Center At our Contact Center you can interact with health care professionals who can help you answer any question you may have about your bariatric procedure before you are assigned your HD. They will also advise you on the surgery option that best suits your own individual health and weight loss needs. All our team members at the Contact Center have direct contact with our HDs, and thus are able to solve any question for you.

Information Exchange System Once you are in contact with your HD, you will be able to use our exclusive information exchange system for submitting exams, images and other documentation required in support of the surgical procedure.

General Logistics Department (GLD)

This is our special team of expert professionals who will take care of your transportation to and from the Bariatric Surgery Hospital, appointment, accommodation and reservation needs, and who will be available for assisting you 24 hours.

Patient Support Team

From the moment you reserve with us, you will be assigned your own Patient Support Specialist (PSS), a highly skilled, fully bilingual health care professional, who will assist you throughout your stay in Colombia. He or she will be like a close relative, who will respond to any requirement or query that you may have, and who will be your Face to Face logistics person. In addition, your PSS is trained to assist you, 24 hours, in case of emergency.
